The Bicol Emergency Response โ STS Kristine & STY Pepito has reached its conclusion. As the project wraps up, it is important to acknowledge and commend those who made it possible โ our local partners. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the 11 LGUs of Catanduanes for their warm accommodation and invaluable support as Partner Institutions during the projectโs implementation, which greatly contributed to the safety, resilience, and empowerment of vulnerable communities, especially the women in the province.![]()

An After Action Review (AAR) was held as a structured learning session where municipal representatives and project stakeholders reflected on the entire response. Looking back at what was planned, what actually happened, why it happened that way, and what can be improved. The lessons gathered from this process will be applied to strengthen and improve future emergency response initiatives.![]()
