In Leyte, ADRA provided shelter repair assistance to 1,000 families whose houses have been totally or partially damaged by supertyphoon Haiyan/Yolanda.

But just we approach the culmination of the project, signal No. 3 Typhoon Ruby has put our shelter rehabilitation efforts to the test a week ago.
