The Empower Project held a workshop to enhance the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Plans for Brgys Poblacion and Tinongdan, Itogon, Benguet last September 21-23, 2021 at the covered court. This was attended by the LGU and CSO representatives and facilitated by MDRRMO of Itogon, Engineer Cyril  Batcagan.

The Empower Project is an 2-year EU funded project that empowers the civil society organizations to participate in disaster risk and climate risk governance planning in their local governments. It is being implemented in Itogon, Benguet and Pinukpuk, Kalinga by ADRA and HI (Humanity & Inclusion) from 2020-2022.
