The widespread impact of the Shearline Flooding in the Davao Region, ADRA and Northern Davao Mission extended financial aid to 950 households in San Miguel, Tagum City and three additional municipalities in Davao Oriental—specifically, San Ignacio, Manay, and Caraga.

On January 28, 2024, 950 households were able to receive 1,500 pesos each to assist in providing their urgent needs like food, medicine or house repair. This response was successful through the active volunteers of the Adventist Community Services (ACS) in Tagum South Central SDA Church, San Ignacio SDA Church and Caraga SDA Church with the leadership of their district pastors and Pastor Diego Balanza (ACS NDM Director).
