“Let the Little Children Come to Me…” (Matthew 19:14)
On July 8, 2025, the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Camias, Porac, Pampanga, came alive with joy as children and parents from the local community received special gifts through the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) distribution.
Thanks to the collaborative efforts of the Camias Seventh-Day Adventist Church, ADRA Philippines, and Samaritan’s Purse, families experienced God’s love through simple but meaningful presents. Smiles, laughter, and even tears of joy filled the air.
During the distribution, a particularly touching moment occurred when a young girl quietly approached one of the volunteers, showing her gift box and asking, “Sino po ang nagbigay ng kahon?” It was her first time ever receiving a gift.
When the volunteer explained that the box was from generous people who wished to bring happiness to children, her face lit up. She eagerly showed the contents—small toys, school supplies, and clothes. To her, every item was special.
This moment was a powerful reminder of how even the simplest acts of kindness can mean so much.

The event was made even more special through the support of the Central Luzon Provinces Mission (CLPM), led by Pastor Ernie Marin, CLPM Director for SS/PM/NDR-IEL/ACS/ASI.
A simple act of giving became a lifelong memory for many children, reminding them that they are loved, remembered, and never alone.
